1) How to Submit Your Samples

Create Request

Click here to create a new test request and select analyses. You’ll receive a reference number.

Label & Document
  • Sample ID (must match your online form)
  • Company & contact person
  • Date of sampling / submission
  • Hazard classification (if any) + required SDS
  • Storage condition: Ambient / 2–8°C / −20°C / −80°C

Package Securely
  • Primary sealed container + secondary containment for liquids
  • Absorbent material sufficient for full volume
  • Rigid outer box; cushion fragile vials
  • Mark Fragile / This Side Up as needed

Include Paperwork

Place a printout of the submission form and any SDS inside the outer box.

  • Live pathogens or human specimens (unless pre-authorized)

  • Use ventilated packaging; never seal airtight

3) Handling & Safety Instructions

Hazardous Chemicals

  • SDS required for all hazardous samples
  • Comply with local transport regulations (UN/DOT/IATA)
  • Leak‑proof primary container; compatible materials only

Biohazardous / Biological

  • Not accepted without written pre‑authorization
  • Follow triple‑packaging rules where permitted
  • Clearly mark biohazard labels as required

Temperature‑Sensitive

  • Ambient: cushioned; avoid heat >30°C
  • 2–8°C: insulated shipper with gel packs
  • −20°C / −80°C: dry ice in ventilated container

4) What Happens to Your Samples (Procedure)

Intake & Integrity Check

We inspect packaging, verify labels, and reconcile contents with your submission form.

Registration in LIMS

Samples receive barcodes and are tracked through our Laboratory Information Management System.

Analysis

Testing is performed by trained analysts using validated or fit‑for‑purpose methods.

Quality Review

QC checks and senior review ensure data integrity before release.

Reporting

Reports are uploaded to your portal and you’re notified by email.

9) Retention, Confidentiality & Billing

Sample Retention

Unless otherwise requested, we retain residual material for [30 days] post‑report, then dispose safely. Extended storage or return shipping can be arranged.

Confidentiality

Your data and reports are confidential and handled per our privacy policy and any applicable NDAs.

Billing & POs

We accept POs and bank transfer. Quotes remain valid for [30 days]. Rush surcharges apply where elected.
